How to navigate down half a page?

I used to have a shortcut where I would press Ctrl + Page Down to navigate half a page down.  I can't remember for the life of me how I did this. Does anyone know where I could find the command for this so I can add a keyboard shortcut to it?

By default, Ctrl+Page Down is assigned to Browse Next. When the browse object is set to Browse by Page (which it is by default), then you will get to the top of the next page. Page Down alone is assigned to PageDown, which actually skips down by one screen, which can be about half a page.

In Word 2013, there are no browse arrows (at the bottom of the vertical scroll bar in previous versions), but the rough equivalent of Select Browse Object is found by clicking the down arrow by the search bar in the Navigation pane. These do not include Page, but the Page Down and Ctrl+Page Down shortcuts still have the same function of advancing one screen and one page, and this is not affected by the selection of a browse object.
