Insert a Filename field, checking the box for "Add path to filename"

Or, on a Mac, press CMD+F9 and inside the field delimiters { }, type

{ FILENAME \P }

Another option for anyone unfamiliar or uncomfortable with the use of Fields — or just as a matter of preference/convenience — Filename as well as Filename and path are available as built-in AutoText items available from Insert> AutoText in the menu bar. If you need to us them frequently a keyboard shortcut can be assigned to either or both.
