How to capture a screenshot into OneNote for Windows 10

OneNote is a wonderful product!  I have been using the Office 365 version for years.  I now find that OneNote for Windows 10 is the latest version.  MS left out the menu choice for "Insert a ScreenShot"!!!!  I have used this extensively for procedure documentation.   I now find I have to remember "Win + Shift + S".   How can we get MS to bring back a simple menu choice!

Yes, I know I can go back to the Office 2016 version, but I want to keep up with the latest changes.  I just don't want to lose simple features :-(

AFAIK the so called UWP Apps (like Onenote for Windows) are technically unable to create arbitrary screenshots.
