Hi Denise C, I'm Femi and I'd be happy to help you with your question. Kindly follow the steps below to do this: Step 1: Enable the Developer tab Open Excel and click on "File" in the top left corner. Go to "Options" and select "Customize Ribbon" from the left sidebar. In the right column, check the box next to "Developer" and click "OK". Step 2: Insert a calendar control Click on the "Developer" tab in the Excel ribbon. Click on the "Insert" button in the Controls group and select "More Controls" from the drop-down menu. Scroll down and choose "Microsoft Date and Time Picker Control". Click on "OK" and your cursor will turn into a crosshair. Step 3: Draw the calendar on the worksheet Click and drag on the worksheet where you want to insert the calendar. This will create a rectangle shape that represents the calendar control. Step 4: Modify the calendar control properties Right-click on the calendar control and select "Properties" from the context menu. In the properties window, find the "Format" property and set it to "2 - dtpFormatShortDate" to display the date in short format. You can modify other properties like "Locked" and "Enabled" based on your requirements. Close the properties window. Step 5: Assign a cell for the selected date Right-click on the calendar control and select "Format Control" from the context menu. In the "Control" tab, enter a cell reference in the "Cell link" field. This cell will store the selected date value. Click "OK" to close the dialog. Step 6: Test the calendar control Save your Excel file and then click on the calendar control. A drop-down calendar will appear, allowing you to select a date. The selected date will be automatically populated in the cell you specified in Step 5. Hope this helps! Best Regards, Femi
