To address your concerns, you may refer to the following instructions below.
1. Before you reset your Responses, you may consider Backing-up your responses by downloading it in Excel.
2. On the Responses Tab, Click the More Options icon and Delete all Responses.
3. If you will click it, it will reset your responses and delete the previous responses.
