How do you move or realign a bullet point and text?

Here is what it looks like now:

·                   Employment

·     Drive forklift & tug,  Sort/ Scan/ Load/ Unload freight & doc mail into trucks & aircraft,  Audit,  Damage,  &  Mis-flows.

·     2x area Employee of the Month/ Attendance Bonuses.

If you'd applied bullets using the Bullets button, you would have a hanging indent automatically. Since you seem to have created the bullets manually, you'll have to create the hanging indent manually.

  • Select the paragraphs in question, right-click, and choose Paragraph... In the Paragraph dialog, by Special, choose Hanging. The default half inch will probably be more than you want; 0.25" usually suffices.
  • Alternatively, select the paragraphs and drag the Hanging Indent marker on the horizontal ruler (see http://word.mvps.org/faqs/formatting/UsingRulers.htm).
