How do you apply conditional formats to fields in pivot tables in Excel for Mac?

How do you apply conditional formatting to different fields in Excel for Mac (running 16.34) -- so that one value will show different conditional formatting when filtered by different fields? I cant seem to replicate this feature from excel running on a pc.

I compared the "Manage Rules" feature on Windows and Mac, I found that the difference is Windows has the "Apply Rule To", however, Mac doesn't have it.

I searched a lot and found that this feature is not available yet on Excel for Mac.
