How do I talk to a live customer service person for help

Answer
Answer

Hello,Sam Norris1

Welcome to the Microsoft community!

I have realized that you want to speak to a staff member.

I see that you have posted issues with Microsoft 365 and Office / OneDrive / Unknown / Windows, are you having any problems with your OneDrive?

If you are convenient, you can share your issue and I can give you suitable suggestions.

If you're looking for online support, I'll direct you to the right place.

Here is Online web chat:

Contact Microsoft Support.

  1. Visit this website: Contact - Microsoft Support

  1. Type in your problems in the search box there. For instance, subscription/Tax invoices/refund, etc.

  2. Now click Get help, and Select Contact Support below.

  3. Go to the Products and services tab, and choose either Microsoft 365 and Office category or Other Products

  4. On the Category tab, choose Manage My Subscription or other alternatives.

  5. Go to Confirm.

  6. You can now choose the option of Chat with a support agent on your web browser.

Please Note: The Chat support team only works at certain times, so if the last window says you are not available, try to open it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. That way, they can call you and help you.

Besides, you can also contact Global Customer Service phone.

Feel free to post back if you need further assistance.

Thank you for your understanding and patience and I look forward to hearing from you.
