How do I re-assign or remove a Power Automate license from a user to assign to a new one?

Hello,

Our development team recently had a change of resources, and I am having trouble re-assigning a license from the original team member to the new team member. We are using Power Automate Desktop and each require "Power Automate per user with attended RPA Plan" licenses. Our team is currently paying for 4 licenses under my account; however, I am unable to edit which users are assigned these licenses. For example, when I go to remove a license, I see the messages "You assigned licenses to ‎4‎ users. Go to Licenses to unassign them". However, when I follow that link to unassign licenses, I am unable to take any action to do so.

I have not been able to remove the license from the user side, either. Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated as we are blocked on development because of it.

Thanks!

  • Click the user name you want to remove or re-assign license for.

  • Select Licenses and Apps>in here you can uncheck the product licenses to remove licenses fro users and check the box of the license to assign to users.
