How do I create a multiple-column form or report in MS Access?

The following Microsoft help page claims there is a way to create a multiple column form or report:

I cannot find any information on how to create such multiple-column item in MS Access 2021 desktop application.

Design a narrow report, less than half the width of a normal one.

The design surface itself should also be less than half.

On the Page Setup ribbon tab, choose Columns. Select 2. Preview the report.

Forms do not support multi-column layouts. Reports do support multiple columns.

You can also create forms and reports with subforms to implement similar presentations in some situations.
