How can I transfer my office license to a new computer as the old one no longer works?

If it is a perpetual Office license for 1-PC, therefore, to transfer to another PC, you will first need to uninstall from original PC before installing on new PC. If you are unable to uninstall, you will need the support of Microsoft to unbind your PC from the license (if support is available for the license) To install Office on new PC: 1. Go to www.office.com and if you're not already signed in, select Sign in. 2. From the Office home page select Install Office. 3. Select Install (or depending on your version, Install Office>). 4. This completes the download of Office to your device. You can now proceed to install Office. 5. Once you're done installing Office, you can then sign in your Microsoft account associated with this license to activate Office apps. If you experience any issues with activation, contact Microsoft support via live chat for further assistance with activation. Which version of Office are you running? Is this Office for Windows or Office for Mac?
