How can I cancel my Microsoft 365 Family subscription that is already credited thru my Paypal account and how can I request for a refund for it?

My Microsoft 365 subscription renewed automatically today, which I don't wanted to.

And it's already and automatically paid thru my Paypal account! Which I did'nt know. I just saw my account today that I have a bill by Microsoft and it's so frustrating!

I tried cancelling my subscription by doing the process that is posted here, hoping I could get a refund for it.
But unfortunately it keeps on prompting a message that I can't cancel my subscription because it's already paid.
What to do with this? How can I cancel my paid subscription and request for a refund? Please help me.

I don't want this subscription. I want my money back! Thank you.

I fully understand your feelings. But our team can't deal with the refund issue because of our limited right, although I'd like to help you. I recommend you post your thread to correct category, there are dedicated engineers will check your requirement. Please go to Microsoft 365 and office > account, billing and sign in, select your system(e.g. Windows 10), choose your office product, Microsoft 365 family.

you mean to say, I cannot have a refund for this?
I tried the said one month free trial because microsoft promised me that they will notify me before this trial expired but haven't received any.

only to find out that they already renewed my subscription and already credited it to my account! this is so frustrating!

Thanks for your reply. I'm not saying you cannot refund for this. I mean, I want to help you, but our team don't have the right to deal refund issue. Our team dedicated in Exchange Online and Teams issue of Office 365 for business. We have billing team can do this for you, you can directly login here create a ticket and contact our billing team to handle your refund issue.
