Help reinstalling Office 2021 Professional on a crashed computer.

Bought Office 2021 Professional from Stack Social, redeemed and installed it in Dec. 2023. Office.com shows the correct product key as being redeemed. This week my PC crashed, I had to do a complete reinstall of Windows 11, and not able to uninstall Office beforehand. Now I've spent hours trying to download OfficeSetup, finally succeeded but now when running OfficeSetup, I get "couldn't install" error code 30015-2030(13). Seems like I'm in a Catch-22 situation here.

My system is Win 11 on an Intel i9-14900K with 64 GB RAM, 4TB SSD boot disk, and was perfectly fine running Office 2021 prior to the crash. Any help?

TIA
