Help me in getting back my Office 365 User ID

Kindly help me in getting back my Office 365 User ID and Password.  It was a user ID at talmees.pk. It was sent at my email address but I deleted that email mistakenly. Now I am facing issue for activating window 10 on my laptop. Please help me in getting back my office 365 user ID and password. 

Kindly resend my credetial (Office 365 User ID and Password that was on talmeez.pk). Actually I tried to call many time on Microsoft Support Number (+92211167435) that was mentioned in email.

There is not an email address to get back your credentials, you just need to follow the procedure that i sent you on the article, when you do it if you have any doubt in one of the steps please let me know.

Also check this Microsoft Support numbers to see if they are the same numbers that you already used and failed to get support.

But I don't even remember my user ID, without this how I can acceess my account. I need my credential like User ID (which was at talmeez.pk) and Password for that.
