Help is not displayed in OneNote 2016

When I open onenote 2016, there is no help, or "Tell me what you want to do" .

I hadn't notice that , but you're right , no "tell me what you want to do " , like other Office apps .

You are correct. In OneNote 2016 there is no "Tell me what you want to do". Press the F1 function key for help in OneNote 2016. See attached screenshot. In OneNote for Windows which you also have, Microsoft added Tell me what to do.
