Help getting Office 365 A1 for Faculty working - Non trial version

Hello,

We have been using "Office 365 A1 for Faculty trial" with no problems, but now it has expired, we no longer have access to Office online or our SharePoint site. As "Office 365 A1" is free...I thought once the trial was over, it would continue just as "Office 365 A1".

I've tried to buy licenses, but I keep getting directed to the various trials on offer...with no option to buy the free, Office 365 A1.

Here are a few screenshots:

Our Subscriptions page, Licenses page and the page I see when I try to click Buy now on the licenses page:

Hi Stephen,

Please use the following page to get a free license. You need to provide your school information to let our system compare with our present registered schools, otherwise you will need to enroll your school in our system.

For the detailed information please see the FAQs in this following article:

Thanks for the reply, Leo.

That's the page I signed up through, when I set it up.

How do I enroll my school? and is it possible to re-enable our current Office 365 subscription (once we've enrolled) so we get our SharePoint site back...as we've got 14 registered users on this subscription that has been disabled.

Thanks.
