Get External user Login Logs in Sharepoint online

Hi All,

Is there a way that we can get login details of external users in SharePoint like his/her login date,time and who login to which site etc. Please let me know is there any OOB feature from where we can access user login logs.

Hi Tanvi,

 

There is no out of box method to view login blogs in SharePoint online. To improve our product, I would suggest you submit feedback in our SharePoint Uservoice. Many new features came directly from customer's advice. We appreciate your constructive insights.

 

As a workaround, you can use the "Audit log Search" feature in Office 365 Security & Compliance center to view the users logs in SharePoint Online related places. Here are the steps: Go to https://protection.office.com/#/homepage > Search & investigation > Audit log search > choose the activities and the external users > Search. For detailed steps, please refer to: Search the audit log in the Office 365 Security & Compliance Center.
