MS has a tendency to change its website every couple of weeks and break their links continuously! All the links I had no longer work as well. It used to be you could only get it through the uk portal, but now, it appears to have completely disappeared. They moved forward with 2016, so they no longer care at all about prior versions. And it doesn't appear like they moved that template forward.
If ever you do find it, post the link her for other to benefit from.

Ask and ye shall receive...you can find the CAB file here on the Office site:
http://clienttemplates.content.office.net/support/templates/en-gb/tp01076524.cab
You'll just need to open the CAB file and copy the MDB out onto your desktop or other folder to use.
Note, this is a very old MDB template. I have no idea what kind of shape it is in.

Thank you Jeff for supplying a link.
Why is it old templates are no longer searchable? I can understand if they are upgraded to only make the most recent version available, and even then, but why take down all the prior version templates?

Anyone able to get this updated to a new Access format i.e. a ..accdb instead of .mdb?

Thank You, so much, saved me a bunch of work...
I tired to convert it with my copy of the old file...(Access 2010) I was mired in the depths of visual basic errors and references to Active X Data objects.... .dlls ....Don't think I could have figured out how to fix it. :)
Any Idea on the Show ancestor tree view button on the individuals form?
I get a box that says "Object doesn't support this property or method".
I would be happy to apply my limited knowledge if someone could point me in a direction to research/work on.
