Following Question ref Microsoft Office F3 Accounts on Shared Systems with mutiple Users

Hello,

Trying to do the right thing here.

What I have is a System in our Shop Floor Area where users go to look at Digrams and such while they are building items.

This System has a Single Log on Account that was created in Active Directory with that is part of our Domain Users Group.
This Account does not need much Network Access and is limited.

Now this System is used by mutiple People on the Shop Floor to Look up Specs of the Items they are working on.

System is Logged in by this Acrtive Directory Account and stays logged in during day so people can work.

Now this AD Account is Synced with our Azure Active Directory and has bee supplied a Office F3 license. Not sure why this Account would need a Office F3 but was applied in the Past by someone and trying to figure out the reason.

Is this Allowed by License agreement? I am trying to find proper Microsoft Documentation that states this.

Thanks for any help in trying to understand the Lic info.

Michael
