Excel text is upside down and back to front

This is frustrating. I can correct it each time by scrolling up and down but it reverts to being back to front and Upside down each time I open a file.

Im using Microsoft Excel for Mac Version 15.32 with OS Catalina 10.15.1on a Mac book air 1.6 ghz DC intel i5

This is a known issue, your Excel is out of date and needs to be updated to be compatible with Catalina . . .

Download and run the latest version of AutoUpdate to update your Office installation
