Excel Formula 24 hour clock calculation

I am trying to calculate the hours someone has worked.. Column A1 has the Time In and Column B1 has the Time Out. Format is military time. I need to Calculate the hours in C in a format that would it to be calculated by hourly wage in Column D. Therefore instead of showing 1.3 for hours worked between 0900 and 1030, I need to show 1.5. Ideas

Yes, the cell with that formula in it must be formatted as number with 2 decimal places.

I have tested that formula and it does work, if you like, upload your worksheet to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox...etc) and I will find the problem for you.
