Excel COM Add-in login issue

Hi,

I have installed JP morgan access insight add-in to my VDI and launched the excel.

In excel ribbon, I'm getting access insight and clicked on logon. After providing login credentials, that window stucks there. Can any one help why it won't let me past the login screen?

Hi Swati,

 

We can understand the inconvenience caused by it. By default, when we open the Excel application it displays as below.

 

 

As you already added the add-in provided by the J.P Morgan Access Insight, which is not the product of Microsoft. Based on your description, the problem windows struck occurs when you try to login to add-in. So, the problem is not related to Excel application.
