EXCEL 2016 how to unblock a macro

Hi! Friends:

I have my own VBA program written in many of my EXEL files, but OFFICE2016 blocked it.

Have been trying but in vain to unblock it (such as File/Properties/Security )

Please help and will be much appreciated. Thank you.

This issue occurs when the Office app is not recognizing or syncing your trusted locations. Did you try this already? 1. Open Microsoft word or Excel. 2. Select the file and click Options 3. Select Trust Center. 4. Click Trust Center Settings and Select Trusted Locations. 5. Select Add a new location. 6. Add the domain 7. Make sure you check "Subfolders of this location are also trusted" 8. Click OK to save. Restart the Office apps. Thanks for the response. I have tried those approaches but it doesnt work for me.

BTW, my office is on my notebook, not the mobile app.
