Excel 2010 not printing cell data, only printing gridlines

I've tried to print a few different spreadsheets but none of them are printing the cell data, they are only printing the grid lines.

I've sent one of the files to my co-worker who was able to print it without any issues and am at a loss for what to try next to fix it

Update - It's now happening with Word 2010

Hello,

Welcome to Microsoft Community.

We will check if this issue happens due to a corruption of Office 2010 on your computer. Let us try the following steps:

  1. Open an Excel spreadsheet that you want to print.

  2. Click on File > Print.

  3. Check if you are able to view only blank gridlines or gridlines with cell data in Excel 2010 print preview.

Check the above and let us know.

Thank you.

I'm having same problem.  In the print preview after select File > Print, I can see all the data and text entered into the cells, but it is not printing anything other than the cell boundaries and shading when I print.

I tried to update my printer drivers, but they are up to date.  I repaired Office 2010 and it is still happening.

UPDATE.

I went directly to the printer website (Kyocera) to download an update the driver manually, and it is now corrected.

We ended up deleting the printer completely and re-adding with drivers downloaded from Konica. It seems to be working alright now
