Any clue why?

It looks like an error occurred via message limits.

Look here for for more information: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/serv...

If it is available, you can split message to avoid the quota limit.

Thank you for posting the issue in our forum. Based on the error message, the issue could be caused by exceeding throttling limits for the SMTP Authentication protocol. For your reference, see Improvements to the SMTP Authenticated Submission client protocol.

  • 30 messages per minute
  • Recipient rate limit of 10,000 recipients per day

This is to protect the service from the influence of large volume of emails an avoid to use Office 365 account to send bulk emails. So if you're sending large volume emails to individual recipients, we suggest you send the emails to a group or a distribution list to avoid this situation. Also you can try to send emails at intervals. 

While if the issue persists, I'd like to collect the entire Non-Delivery Report in Private Messageto do the further analysis.

Hi.

We have not been able to send any messages since friday.

Why is this still blocked?

We had a fault that we have found now. We send 95 messages everytime we had a fault on the machines.

This we have fixed now so we only send 2 messages per minute and machine.

We need this block to be released.

Since the issue persists, the account could be blocked in Office 365 action center. Please use an admin account and follow the steps below to unblock the account. If you're not an admin, please contact your admin to achieve this.

1. Use an admin account to login Exchange Admin Center.

2. Navigate to protection > action center, then check if there're blocked accounts in the list.

3. If so, just released them.

Meanwhile, it might take up to 24 hours to be effective, please wait for a day and check if the issue persists. While if the issue still exists, I'd like to collect more information as below to better assist you.

1. Please send the whole Non-Delivery Report (NDR) to us in Private Message as mentioned in the previous reply. If you have Outlook desktop client, just save as msg file and upload to your cloud disk, then share the link in PM.

2. Does the issue happen to all users in your organization? Or just some specific users?

NDR is the email sent from Office 365 server that informs you the email unable to be delivered. It looks like

Besides, you can learn the sending limits in the following link to check if you have exceeded the threshold.

Meanwhile, may I know whether the issue happen to all users in your organization? Or just some specific users? It will help us know the impact range of this issue.

I still haven't received the NDR email, could you collect it and send us in Private Message? It's the error message you received from Exchange server as you posted, and we need to collect the entire error message. You can click the link below to send the NDR. If you don't have a cloud disk, you can just copy the entire content of NDR and send us.

We only get a line now that says that we can´t send the message becuase we have reached our daley limit....
