Error code 30068-39 when installing office 365

error code 30068-39 (2)

am unable to install office.

have tried all suggestions.

restarting 

uninstalling and reinstalling, 

checked if service is disabled.

please let me know how to fix issue 

All suggestions says nothing

Hi there, I'm trying to follow your instructions but I can't find my product key. I bought 365 online so where would I find my product key in my account details?
