Error Code 30027-4 when trying to uninstall Office 2013

When trying to load a Home Use version of Office 2013 downloaded via my work on another PC, it got stuck when asking for my email and password and it never requested the activation code...now it shows on the program list but when i try to run the installer again it says anther version of the installer is running...;problem is now I get an error 30027-4 when I try to uninstall it...how can i fix this?

Hello,

To resolve the issue, let us run the Fix it from the following article to remove all traces of the Office on the system.

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2739501

Note: Ensure to save the Fix it on the desktop and then run the file.

Once the Fix it completes, you may install Office 2013 and verify the results.
