Eraser for shapes on Powerpoint

Hello, I'm trying to remove a part of a arrow but I can't do it easily. I've already tried to combine shapes but it keeps with the border on the bottom of the arrow. Can anyone help me?

You can do this by choosing Shape Format>Edit Points. Right-click on one of the bottom corners and choose Open Path. This creates an extra point. Right-click on the point between the 2 bottom points and choose Delete Point. Remove the shape fill and set the outline to the weight you want.
