>=[enter the start date] And <=[end date] Not working properly

When I put in >=[enter the start date] And <=[end date]; the application correctly asks for start date and end date, however, I get results that do not include all of the records.

Start date: 11/01/2019   End Date: 11/15/2019

Example:  What I should get:

Answer
If your date field also includes a time component then you should filter against the DateValue([Your date Field]) BETWEEN [Enter Start Date] AND [Enter End Date].

You can also add 0.9999 to the [Enter End Date] to include the entire End Date.
