If you don't mind, let's try to delete all your email signature and start fresh. Let's try to delete signature files from the signature folder directly. Kindly follow these steps:

  1. In Outlook, please click File > Options.
  2. In the opening Outlook Options dialog box, click Mail in left bar, then click the Signatures button with holding the Ctrl key. See screenshot:
  3. Now the signature folder is opening, please select all files (including a text file, a rich text file, and an htm file) of the specified signature you will remove, right click and select Delete from the context menu. See screenshot:

Note: If there is a dialog box coming out and reminding you to delete multiple files, please click the Yes button to go ahead.

Now all files of the specified signature have been deleted from the signature folder, and the signature has been deleted as well from Outlook.
  4. Close the Outlook options dialog box.

After deleting all the signatures, create or add a new signature. Refer to the article Create and add a signature to messages to see instructions and important notes. Then check if this process resolves the issue.

We'll wait for your next update.

Hi,

Your concern regarding the duplicate signature in Outlook can be caused by an improper signature configuration. To rule out any configuration related issues, I suggest that you re-add the new signature by following the steps below:

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Select New Email.
  3. Under Messages tab, select Signature, then click Signatures...
  4. Click the New button.
  5. Type in the name for the signature, then copy and paste your new or preferred signature under the Edit signature box.
Note: Ensure that the signature only shows the new one.
  6. Once you've re-added the new signature, delete the older copy.
  7. Under Choose default signature, set your preferred signature for New messages and Replies/forwards by clicking the drop-down arrow.
  8. Click OK.

Once you're done, check if the issue persists. In addition, you can check this support article on how to create and add a signature to messages in Outlook.

Let us know should you need further assistance.
