Domain validation with Office 365

Hi,

We wanted to verify our domain in Off365 Admin Center.

From this document :

Adding TXT record.

We've added TXT record in our hosting. It passed more than 24hrs. Still we can't verify our domain in Off365 Admin Center.

What is the experience on the "field"  ?

This is the current situation :

v=spf1 +a +mx +ip4:37.60.237.215 ~all; MS=ms78741220

Is it needed to be clean TXT, together/merged  with old TXT?

In case of a clean sinle TXT from Off365, it will prevent our working mails from the company?

We try with another domain, which is not in use with mails, and it propagated/verify for less than 5 minutes.

It was a clean TXT from Off365 Admin Center.

For us to better understand the situation, could you provide us with some more detailed information about “This is the current situation :

Is it needed to be clean TXT, together/merged  with old TXT”? Some related screenshots will be appreciated.
