Disable - Save file to cloud message

Hi -

A recent change to my Word 2019: If I save a file (ctrl s) or open one and don’t make any changes, I get a popup – Save your changes to this file? Avoid losing changes to this file in the future by saving it to a folder backed up to the cloud instead.

(New content is all set to save to my PC).

How can I disable/turn off this message box?

In your MS Office application, go to Options, Save, then select the box for "Don't show the Backstage when opening or saving ...". And maybe that selection in one Office application also will have the effect of selecting it in other Office applications, such as Excel or PowerPoint.
