Differences in licenses between Project Plan 3, Project Plan 5 and Project Professional 2019

Can you tell me the differences between the Project Plan 3, Project Plan 5 and Project Professional 2019 licenses? please

I understand that Project Plan 3 and 5 have the web application, in addition to this great difference, what others exist?
