Dictate keeps saying authentication failed and won't work

I have acquired a new Home Office 365 license and when I try to use Dictate it keeps telling me over and over that authentication failed and that I must login to my Office365 account (which I already have done millions of times).

There seems no way to make it work!!!

Hi Erick, please try this:

In Word, go to File - Account and sign out

Close all Office Applications

Open the old Control Panel (click your Start Button, type control and hit Enter)

Go to Control Panel - User Accounts - credential manager - Windows Credentials

Remove all Office 365 credentials that look like: MicrosoftOfficeXXData: . . . ..

Open Word and sign back into your Office 365 account

Power to the Developer!
