Design Ideas button missing in PowerPoint

I have a problem before I changed my Laptop I had the design ideas button on PowerPoint and when I changed my laptop the button was gone. from the PowerPoint section.

I have Microsoft 365 subscription and I checked if it's the same email ID before and it is. I also tried reinstalling the office app from Microsoft Store and still the same. I also looked through the options section (File > Options > General) and I don't see an option to toggle it on. Please help how to fix this problem.

PowerPoint version: 2210 build 15726.20202

Operating System: Windows 11 22H2

If you post a screenshot of the page when you go to File > Account does it definitely say "Subscription Product"??

If it does try File > Options > Customize Ribbon. Select DESIGN tab in the right hand side and then RESET.

Check whether you have subscribed your account and then Go to File-> Options-> General.

Go to customized Ribbon Button.

Click Design tab and reset it.

So i just checked and it says "Product Activated" instead of "subscription Product", do you know how to fix it?

There is no fix except to subscribe to 365. 2016 is not 365 and will never have Designer (except maybe temporarily by mistake)

I already subscribed to Microsoft 365 but for some reason the powerpoint version i got is 2016. word & excel too. are there any fix to this problem?
