Deactivate / remove an Office Home & Business licence from a Microsoft account

Hi,

I have accidentally added 2 licenses Microsoft Office Home & Business 2021 licence on a Microsoft account.

How can I remove / deactivate 1 licence from this account ? (The license has never been used)

Hi, Only Microsoft can disengage or change the Microsoft Account associated with Office. BUT there is no problem having multiple Offices using one Microsoft Account. See: Manage multiple one-time-purchase Office installs that use the same Microsoft account

Try here: Contact - Office Support (microsoft.com) Or select your Country and use the telephone. Ignore the prompt and wait until you can speak to a human being: "Telephone activation is no longer supported for your product" error when activating Office (microsoft.com)
