Creating Meeting in Outlook via Teams Plugin in Open Email

When in Microsoft Outlook with Teams Plugin and you click the Schedule Meeting with Button in an opened email from the dropdown of the Teams Icon and create the meeting, the meeting invitation fails to include a Microsoft Team notice and link for the meeting. Is there a way to remedy this?

It seems you are experiencing an issue with creating meeting in Outlook via Teams plugin in open email. Please keep in mind you have to enable Teams as meeting provider from Outlook.

When Scheduling a Teams Meeting with Button from the dropdown, can you see the Teams Meeting at the top?

I appreciate the response. This is not quite the issue. If you open an email that has been sent or that is in your inbox, and then click the Teams Meeting to schedule a meeting with the people already part of the email, when the meeting invite is opened it does NOT include a Teams meeting number and link for the meeting. That is, the meeting invite does not automatically populate with a Teams meeting number and link. Is there a fix? I doubt and imagine it's just a glitch.

Thanks for the feedback. It's a design limitation. We check and click on the Teams meeting to schedule a meeting and the Teams meeting link didn't populate automatically. We had to manually click teams meeting at the top.
