copilot blank page

whenever i try to open copilot website it just shows a blank page with only Microsoft logo in it and that's all .

Hi Rayan, Thank you for reaching out to this forum. I'm Utkarsh and as a fellow Microsoft user, I'm here and ready to help you today. I am a user like you, this is a user forum and not Microsoft directly. I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble accessing the Copilot. May I know if you are using a Windows, Mac, or a mobile device? Could you also confirm if you are using Copilot in Office or in a browser? It would be very helpful if you could provide more information regarding the issue for us to better understand it. As part of the troubleshooting steps, I recommend repairing your Office application and browser as there might be an issue causing it. Please follow the steps below: For office: 1. Here are the steps to repair your Office application: 1. Download the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant tool from the official website. https://www.minitool.com/data-recovery/free-microsoft-office-repair-tool.html 2. Install the tool and run it. 3. Follow the instructions to repair your Office application. If you are still experiencing issues with your Office application, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling it. Here are the steps to uninstall Office: 1. Access this link to download the Office uninstall support tool https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/repair-an-office-application-7821d4b6-7c1d-4205-aa0e-a6b40c5bb88b 2. Download and install the tool, then open it to run. 3. Select the version of Office you want to uninstall, and then select Next. 4. Follow through the remaining screens and when prompted, restart your computer. 5. After you restart your computer, the uninstall tool automatically re-opens to complete the final step of the uninstall process. Follow the remaining prompts. After uninstalling Office, you can reinstall it by following the steps for the version of Office you want to install or reinstall. Close the uninstall tool. For browser: 1. Clear your browser cache: This can help resolve issues with the website not loading or displaying correctly. Here’s how to do it: a. Open your browser and press Ctrl + Shift + Delete on your keyboard. b. Select the time range for which you want to clear the cache. c. Check the box next to Cached images and files. d. Click Clear data. 2. Try a different browser: If clearing the cache doesn’t work, try accessing the website using a different browser. 3. Check your internet connection: Make sure you have a stable internet connection and try accessing the website again. Note: This is a non-Microsoft website. The page appears to be providing accurate, safe information. Watch out for ads on the site that may advertise products frequently classified as a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Products). Thoroughly research any product advertised on the site before you decide to download and install it.' Please note: The above link I have shared is in English and may require translation software for them to read the content of the page. I am NOT a Microsoft Agent/Employee. I hope this is helpful! Best Regards, Utkarsh

And then simply revisit copilot.microsoft.com and sign in and you'll be able to use copilot as intended. ( or atleast that's what worked for me )

I am also having this issue just starting today. I have never experienced it before. It happens across devices, in incognito, and after clearing cache and cookies in the normal browser.

I can confirm that clicking the button on the address bar works. I had unblock some blocked cookies and then had to delete old ones too.

1-Click on it. Then configure at the bottom selection on the drop-down window.

2-"Remove" old cookies. Unblock anything in the blocked tab

3-Enable third party cookies for that site.

4-Refresh page.

5-Works now.

I had set my browser to block third party cookies and I also increased the security to "strict" blocking trackers and any other unnecessary stuff. Because of this, the page was not loading but after allowing third party cookies for the copilot site only as well as deleting old unauthorize cookies from the copilot site worked like a charm for me.
