Clip Art Library

Has Microsoft done away with the Clip Art Library?

 How can I ask this of Microsoft?  

Does anyone know if there will be a replacement?

I hope I do not upset anyone by asking these questions here, but I can not find any other place to ask.

No problem, this is a reasonable place to ask the question.

MS has changed the clip art site, but you can still get clip art. Here are some links about it:
