Change Display Hours In Calendar

Currently my Outlook 2007 Calendar displays a daily time range from 12 Am to 11:30 pm.  How can I shorten this to a 6am to 10 pm range?  Changing the work hours does not change the display on the calendar.

You can't change the total time displayed - only the hours defined as working hours (which highlight with a different color).
