Can't sign to my school Office 365 account


I can't sign in to my student Office 365 account. Getting this username may be incorrect. Make sure you typed it correctly. Otherwise, contact your admin.

It says that this account doesn't exist and I'm sure it's correct.

How to recover my account? Can anyone help me?

Hi Perry,

Based on the error message, I would suggest you please contact your school Office 365 admin/IT team to make sure that whether they have properly assigned license to your account.

Moreover, please provide us with the detailed screenshot about the error message and email address via the Private Message for further analysis.
