Well, I had high hopes with that updater link you sent. It still doesn't work.
I am on Mojave 10.14.3. I don't know if that's the issue. I can't update to the version suggested. I'd have to go full Catalina.
The error box keeps coming up. I trashed the original software, downloaded and installed it. Restarted. Then downloaded the update and installed it. Still doesn't work. I haven't made any changes to my computer that I can think of. This is the second time
I've been through this.
I do have Apple Pages. I might have to go that route.
