Can't Log into Microsoft Office 365 to activate

Can't seem to log into Microsoft to activate office 365. I type in my user id and password and it's on a loop of re-entering my Microsoft user id and password . Don't receive no errors. I have installed office 365 on a windows 10 computer with no problem. The computer I'm trying to activate on is a Windows 7. Limited internet, can not download anything bigger than 100 MB and my internet speed is slow. Live to far from any fast internet source. I download the offline installer and burned to a DVD. That is how I installed office 365. I have a monthly subscription. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing. That didn't work. I fiddled with the regedit, again nothing. So I am trying to find the solution of how to activate Microsoft on my windows 7 computer.
Hi Don, please try this:

In Word, go to File - Account and sign out

Close all Office Applications

Open the old Control Panel (click your Start Button, type control and hit Enter)

Go to Control Panel - User Accounts - credential manager - Windows Credentials

Remove all Office 365 credentials that look like: MicrosoftOfficeXXData: . . . ..

Open Word and sign back into your Office 365 account

Use the fix it tool to completely uninstall Office:
https://support.office.com/en-us/article/uninst...

There might be some remaining information thats why it keeps coming back.

The Support and Recovery Assistant app runs on Windows PCs and can help you identify and fix activation issues with Office 365.

https://support.office.com/en-us/article/unlice...

Try using that to see if it resolves the problem.

If you still can't activate the suite, please contact support and they will be able to investigate and determine whats the cause.

Hello,

In the Control Panel
User account.
Manage credentials (Appears in the left menu)
Windows credentials
Select all the credentials that say something about Office and delete them.

Log in again and check if it asks for the credentials again.

If it does not work, update Office.

There was nothing in the Windows Credentials to delete.

Update: After updating my Internet Explorer through the Windows Update. Uninstall Microsoft Office 365, used the web uninstaller to fully uninstall Office 365. After waiting a bit, Office 365 was uninstall from my computer. Restarted my computer and install Office again. Was able to sign in and activate Office 365. Thanks for all the advice.
