Hi

My company is also facing the same issue. Please find the screenshot below.

We have tried using Chrome and Explorer and both browsers are showing same error.

Please advise. Thank you.

If using IE/Edge you have cleared temp files/history in Internet options, run diskcleanup then run a private browsing session?

Hi viogoh,

Thank you for your message in this forum.

According to the error message you provided, we have searched a lot and we found that someone encountered similar issue, they solved the problem via turning off proxy.

It may be caused by enabling the proxy settings in the environment. So please make sure that the environment's proxy is turned off.

You can also change another network environment to check if the same problem will occur.

If the problem still persists after trying the suggestion above, I want to collect the information below with you:

  1. May I know if all files and sites have the same problem?
  2. May I know if all colleagues have the same problem?
  3. Do all browsers have the same problem?

Best Regards,

Sukie

Not helpful to split threads if you're not going to summarize the issue. No one is going to be able to help without knowing what the user is trying to do. Also it's impractical to suggest turning off a proxy. Most companies use proxies for a reason.
