Can't edit a single cell in a Word table

I've searched but can't find a solution to this issue. I can't edit data in a single cell for my MS word table. All other cells are editable.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

Answer

Is the cell the one in the row for Patient 3 in the column Hormone Rx? If so, that cell is formatted so that the text direction is vertically down.

You can change the direction of the text by clicking on the Text Direction button in the Alignment section of the table Layout tab of the ribbon.

While that does not prevent text from being entered into that cell, I accept that the result is not what you want
