Can't download onenote files form onedrive.

Hello guys i want to move my onenote files into my microsoft developer account. But i can't install it correctly. As you can see on this video, they downloaded like a folder instead of onenote file. How can download my onenote files correctly ? Can someone help me please, thanks. https://youtu.be/87cz0GWIvhw

I tried to export the whole notebook to .onepkg files, is it the right way to do it?

How should I import the files into a new device or onedrive?

This is the right way.

Import is a 2 step procedure with/in OneNote:

  1. Double click the .onepkg file. You will be prompted to name it and store it on your HD (don't store it into the local OneDrive folder !). Now you have a "new" local notebook.

  2. To convert it to a OneDrive notebook use the File -> Share feature to move it to your target account (login required)
