Can't activate my Microsoft 365 account on Office

Hi, 

I'm not able to activate my Microsoft 365 account.

I have tried everything but I keep receiving the same message every time I log in: 

I downloaded Office 365 from MyAccount site in the Microsoft web page, but I keep receiving this message about Office Professional Plus. 

I really need help as I use this software to work.

Try going to Control Panel - Uninstall Programs, and from there uninstall ALL Office products listed. Reboot. Then download and install Office 365.

Hi NicolasIrianni

You seem to have the wrong version of Office installed on your PC, you have Office 2019 Pro Plus, when your licence is for Office 365

Use this tool from Microsoft to remove all remnants of any previous Office Installation:

https://aka.ms/SaRA-officeUninstallFromPC

Restart (not shut down) your PC . . .

Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services/

From there, download your version of Microsoft 365 .. .
