Can't access my microsoft account.Page refreshes but nothing happens.

I have access to my email but if I click on my microsoft account to check some settings it opens a new page and it asks me to sign in again so I click on my email and the page refreshes but nothing happens.



Is there something going on with outlook?Never had this happen to me.


UPDATE:https://portal.office.com/servicestatus is saying there's possibly some issues atm?could this be the problem?


Like,I can access my email and use my password as I've tried logging out/in the email but when it asks me again to access the settings the page just refreshes and nothing happens.

It seems like there's something wrong with the browser or the network, so I'd suggest you to do the things below:

1. Clear the cache in your browser and try again.

Disclaimer: Your browser automatically saves temporary internet files to help pages load faster. Clearing this cache will sometimes fix page display problems. Please back up all your personal files first, such as Favorites, to ensure you do not lose data.

2. Open the same page in Private mode and see if the problem persists. If you are using Edge, select the Settings and More  icon, and then New InPrivate window. If you are using a third-party browser like Chrome or Firefox, you'll need to find the steps by yourself.

3. Try again in another ISP network.

In addition, the issue you see in https://portal.office.com/servicestatus is "Users may be unable to send email to Outlook.com groups", which is not related to the issue you are encountering.

If the problem still can't be fixed, please let me know, and I'll figure out another workaround.

Clearing cache did nothing but have me log in again (which I did) with no issues.Still can't access the settings page https://imgur.com/a/Tj9KV69 whenever I go to the settings and click my email the page refreshes and nothing happens.

I tried google incongito mode and I logged in again with no issue there but got the same thing about typing in my email and hitting enter and the page just refreshes and nothing happens.

As for trying in another ISP network I dont know how to do that atm.

UPDATE:something wierd just happened.I tried using edge instead of chrome and managed to access my settings so I went back to chrome just incase to check and BOOM I could access the settings there too.

I have no idea what happened but it seems I have access again.

I'm glad to hear that your problem has been solved at least for now. I guess there's something wrong with your Chrome browser. I suggest you re-install Chrome next time you encounter the same problem.
