Cannot search personal file on onedrive online

I can't search for "personal files" on the OneDrive online application. Every time I search it never produces anything. Not only files, searching for folder names also does the same thing. But if I search for "shared files", the search function still works fine.

I've cleared the cache and cookies on the browser, but the problem still occurs.

Has anyone experienced the same thing? Is there a solution that can be used?

I know you can't find your files in the OneDrive search bar, and I understand the inconvenience of this problem.

 

This situation is a known issue that has occurred recently.

 

When you use the OneDrive search bar to find a file or folder, the file and folder won't appear in the search results. However, when you manually navigate to the file or folder path, the file or folder still exists.

 

But rest assured, this problem is not a OneDrive data loss issue. The data is still there, it's just the search function that's having some problems.
