cannot install office 365 home premium bought from Argos

Hi very frustrating for 2 days I cannot set up office 365 home premium. for over £79 spent its a waste of my time. also it has wiped all my other office starters and Microsoft 2010 so I cant even open a CV and i'm very desperate to get this working today.

 

1. firstly i was trying the trial but it didn't work and wiped my pc of my Microsoft program.  I have so far received all the error messages. i logged in.

2. ive downloaded the fix it -program. so much that I have 3 on my pc.

3. I have removed all Microsoft as instructed. i had to go out and but the actual software from argos. i bought office 365 Home Premium.

4. i entered the key from the box, it took me to install, then when i began running the program there were lots of hiccups.

5. when i checked my program files  it seemed to have been installed but when i tried to open my work files it opens but then shuts down with error message saying it encountered a problem. it will notify me when fixed????

6. i honestly haven't got this time. am i able to return this box with number and  but a CD to run? I really need my files.  can anyone ring me to help step by step. please

Sorry for the frustration. Let me help you open the Office applications on your computer.

 

This issue may occur if the installation was not successfully completed. Let us repair Office 365 Home Premium following the steps from the article below:

If that does not help, then let us follow the manually remove troubleshooting steps mentioned in the following article:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2739501

 

Now download and install Office 365 Home Premium by logging into www.office.com/myaccount with the registered email address and click Install Office.

 

Also ensure to completely remove all traces of Office 2010 by running the fixit from the link below:

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/support/how-to-uninstall-or-remove-microsoft-office-2010-suites-HA104027750.aspx

Note: If the fixit does not, please follow the Manual removal steps and check if it helps.

this has still not worked is there anyone available to help with a telephone call. im so frustrated I had even windows starter 2010 and now even that is gone!

 

I have been up reading everyhnig on the site, trying every tip I have read but it still saying somithng is worn etccc

Sire I again have tried everything you asked and still nothing. I will return this product for a refund. Hopefully I can find a Microsoft CD installation pack to do thid from or purchase an older version. This is very disappointing. it has been almost a week still unable to edit any of my word files. hurtful thing is I had Microsoft home starter and everything got wiped.

 

not sure what else to do as I have been removing, reparing, etc.. fixing and nothing .

 

very very disappointed.
